Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell or rent the personal information Users voluntarily share with FS&T to third parties. FS&T’s Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect about our Users, why we collect it, and how we use it.
If FS&T’s information practices change in the future, we will post an updated Privacy Policy on the Web site. Users can tell if the Privacy Policy has changed by checking the revision date that appears at the end of this policy. Users may exercise their choices about how FS&T collects and uses User information at any time.

General Users just browsing the Web site, the only information collected about Users is done in a way that preserves User anonymity. FS&T does this for administrative purposes only and to track usage and the pages on the Web site Users visited. FS&T does not link IP addresses or domain names to anything personally identifiable. This means that a User’s session will be tracked, but the User will be anonymous.

FS&T uses the information voluntarily provided by Users to provide the product(s) and service(s) requested by the User. FS&T’s online database maintains a record of all Users who have made purchases with FS&T. FS&T may use User electronic mail addresses to send information about services, including such things as new services, products, law changes, new programs or system updates and information about other technical issues related to the Web site. FS&T may also contact Users by phone, US mail, or electronic mail to respond to orders, inquiries, and/or requests.
Does FS&T share my information with third parties?
FS&T will not share User information with any third party. However, FS&T reserves the right to disclose information about Users as required by law, in response to legal process and law enforcement requests, and as necessary to protect the property, interests, and rights of FS&T, its affiliates, and others.
How do I access my information? How do I change or delete my information?
Users may update or delete personal information by contacting the FS&T office or by email. Contact information is available at http://fidelitysafety.com/contact.html.
How does FS&T protect children's privacy online?
FS&T is concerned about the safety of children when they use the Internet and the Web site. Children (persons under the age of 18) are not eligible to use the Web site unless they have prior consent from parents or guardians.
How does FS&T protect customer information?
FS&T is committed to protecting the security and integrity of User information, and follows procedures designed for this purpose. For example, FS&T limits employee access to User information to those who have a business reason to know this information, and we maintain policies and procedures covering the physical security of workplaces and records.
The Web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. FS&T uses industry standard SSL encryption when accepting User credit card information during processing of online forms. SSL encryption is a method by which information transmitted across the Internet is scrambled to the point where it's virtually indecipherable by anyone who should intercept the data before it reaches its destination. Most reputable online stores make use of SSL encryption to request credit card information and other sensitive data from their customers. A lock or key symbol displayed somewhere in User browser’s typically identifies web pages where SSL encryption is activated. FS&T uses Comodo Elite SSL Certificates. For more information go to: http://www.comodo.com/e-commerce/ssl-certificates/ssl.php
Is my information secure?
FS&T believes User data must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. The Internet service provider who hosts the Web site uses procedural and technical safeguards (such as backup files, virus detection software, firewalls and other computer software and hardware) to protect User personal information against loss or theft as well as unauthorized access and disclosure to protect User privacy, including encryption, firewalls and routers. While FS&T and our Internet service provider employ many different security techniques to protect such data from unauthorized access by Users inside and outside FS&T, perfect security does not exist on the Internet and FS&T and its affiliate’s do not ensure or warrant the security of any information Users transmit to on the Web site.
What about frames and links to other Web sites and services?
The Web site may contain frames and links to other sites beyond FS&T’s control. FS&T is not responsible for the content or practices of any linked Web sites, and provide these frames and links solely for the convenience and information for Users. FS&T does not control the privacy policies or practices of these Web sites. This Privacy Policy does not cover the collection of information by those other companies and Web sites. Although encouraged, third parties should provide their own privacy policies and FS&T is not responsible and shall not be liable for their activities, such as how they handle the information they collect online. Users should review those policies before providing any personal information.
Updates to Privacy Policy; Governing Law
FS&T may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on the Web site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective thirty (30) days after they are initially posted on the site. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California. By your use of the Web site, Users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Privacy Policy.
