Food Safety MANAGER - Online Training

Very important...please read: This training course will help prepare owners, managers and/or employees to pass a nationally accredited certification examination. THIS IS AN EXAMINATION PREPARATION COURSE AND IT IS IN ENGLISH ONLY. IN ORDER TO BECOME CERTIFIED, YOU MUST PASS THE EXAM GIVEN TO YOU IN PERSON AT ONE OF OUR TESTING CENTERS. The examination must be supervised (proctored) and is administered by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals® (NRFSP).

Instructions:

  1. Register, pay the online course fee ($85) and complete the online food safety management exam preparation course. The course fee is for the online course only. There will also be an exam fee ($79) payable in advance prior to taking the exam at one of Fidelity Safety & Training's testing centers.
  2. Once you complete the online course, contact us at (866)221-4045 to schedule your certification examination. Exams are available in Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria, Bakersfield and Visalia. For other nationwide locations, contact the NRFSP at (800) 446-0257.

    This course supports all those who are preparing for certification as a Food Safety Manager. This certification, which is accredited in the United States of America by the Conference for Food Protection and the American National Standards Institute, is a benchmark for the food industry and part of a global standard in food safety education. This course covers food safety issues, regulations, and techniques to maintain a food-safe environment. It will help you to better understand how handling food correctly is not only the law, but it improves safety and lowers cost as well.

This course covers the proper way to sell tobacco to customers. Students will learn facts about tobacco such as origin and health concerns. Students will also learn how to card customers and spot fake IDs. This course is specifically designed for tobacco sellers in Texas, however it is useful information for all States.
