School Districts – This purchase includes English Food Safety Handbook, review course, presentation, handout, exam, and certificate. In order to become certified, participants must pass the exam given at the end of the seminar with a score of 75% or better. Certification is good for five years in California. This program is ANSI Accredited. Our courses are educational, entertaining, and divided into lecture, discussion, fill-in-the-blank handouts, and a visual presentation. The course teaches food service managers handlers how to protect against foodborne illness outbreaks, reduce liability risks, and improve food quality. Course/exam completion time is approximate, depending on when candidate completes the exam.
